Took the cat to the vet for his boosters/annual checkup.

Installed a new car seat for Youngest.

Prepped a lot of documentation for an all-day meeting tomorrow.

Laundry.

Made good progress toward a deadline (end of the week).

Part 2 of yesterday was:

Post office to send school photos to US relatives

Pick up Eldest

Pick up Youngest

Train station; collect tomorrow's tickets & car park ticket; pick up Partner

Home, get Eldest ready for her first school disco

Take Eldest to school disco. Try to keep a lid on "this is fifth circle of hell" sensation.

Take Eldest Home. Eat dinner. Bedtime routine.

Once everyone asleep, bake cookies for meeting tomorrow.

Finish building Lego Saturn V with Partner.

Oh, school discos. Well done. Fortunately, at some point in your future, they no longer want a parent dancing attendance.

I haven't slept much this week. I don't foresee a lot of sleep until the holidays start and then I'm planning on long swathes of it.

Thank you. Funding == four years of slog, but in which I do not have to apply for a job. I'd be pretty damn happy. I just need a supervisor to get back and approve sending it off!
