Went out and did a thing on my own because I needed to do it without worrying about what anyone else was doing.

I had a really nice time meeting with people and catching up on everything. I didn't manage nearly as much conversation as I wanted to, but it was nice all the same.

Cooked in an unfamiliar kitchen, and managed to make my buttered green beans without access to most of the spices I usually use.

Grabbed an opportunity for alone time.

Met new people and had a good time. Tried very good microbrewery beers, and confirmed that no, I really do not enjoy it. (Which I was pretty sure of, but my sample size had been pretty small.)

Traveled home. Called a plumber about the leak there. Fetched the dog home from the friends he'd been staying with. Went to bed early.
