I'm awake. Not much more I can say this morning. Depression's kicking my ass hard.

I cleaned my room. Including the layers of dust on the bookshelf and bureau. I have hopes that this will lead to better lung function in the future, although today my lungs are not happy.

Despite sitting stationary on the motorway for an hour due to a vehicle fire, managed to go and see some friends.

Yep. :/ It was a lorry. The driver was OK, thankfully.
