Called to book wheelchair taxi for Friday

Called local council to report missing/vandalised tactile paving [important tool for blind/visually impaired people] on kerb cut at pedestrian crossing

Called to ask where is my [disability access widget]?
Answer was that it had not yet been dispatched from the warehouse, and could be yet another week or more before it arrived in the warehouse + then having to post it out to me on top of that, so I arranged to cancel my order and get a refund,

and then I ordered a [disability access widget] from a different company who said I would have it in 3-5 business days.

Post office to collect mail

Local supermarket for newspaper and potato chips

Called partner to say hey, need a quiet night in by myself tonight because lower back pain and exhaustion

So much phone and responsible action. Well done on getting it all accomplished, and I hope tonight's quiet night in is restorative.

Made hot water bottles for the kids as it's going to be very cold here tonight.

Dealt with my anxiety about work performance with appropriate mental tactics and medication.

Solved a small technical work problem with mail merges. In theory, but the theory is sound. Now all we need is the practical end. My great-grandboss heard me explaining it to my boss, and said: "All those words were English but I didn't understand a single one." I'm proud. (When doing a mail merge with images, put the full path of each one in a spreadsheet, then tell the wizard that column is images.)

I am so pleased with my wizardry and managers.

The last-minute mandatory meeting with no agenda given turned out to be about someone in the department scoring a dream job elsewhere, which they reckoned that we should hear in person. I am very pleased for them! (I haven't been here long enough to have gotten attached.)
