Went to a morning playdate, then hosted an afternoon playdate. Now packing for a week-long trip. Then beer + flump!

Had a giant Story Time today and got through it with all sorts of participation from everyone.

Passed the problem I'm having up the line. After some back and forth, the more tech savvy person than I came to the same conclusion I did -- it isn't what I'm doing so much that is the problem, but something network related. But oh, the tedium of getting them to actually test *in the environment it is failing in* so that they could replicate the error. (seriously: copy/paste -- text works here, here and here, but not in Windows).

Handled the situation with box delivery perfectly. It wasn't apparent to any of my people that there was even a situation. (Agitated delivery guy had been yelling at my boss on the phone. Things went better after that. I gave my boss a summary over email later. We both like paper trails.)
