A few announcements before today's challenge:

This week's theme is goal-setting, and we have a Goal-Setting Discussion post up. We've had a couple of really interesting, thoughtful responses up so far and I'd love to see more thoughts.

Additionally on the theme of goal-setting, jjhunter has a post on Quarterly Intentions up that you might find interesting and/or useful.

And there are still guesting hosting weeks available in January and February, in case you've been thinking about hosting a week and haven't got around to signing up yet!

Just one thing for 3rd January: ran 1 mile. Woo, the first step in consistency in exercise--exercising at all.
