I made it through a hard day at work that included technical issues at a really bad time.

I got home and I cleaned up the kitchen & made dinner.

I gave my first talk to the children, and it went as expected.

I also had a miscommunication about the schedule, and I think that's gotten me in a small tizzy, because miscommunication is how terrible started under a previous manager.

Work miscommunications are especially fraught. :(

Made it through the day without incident, even though I was feeling distinctly less than 100%.

Got to bed more or less on time, with the help of my dear warm solid partner.

Presented myself in style, complete with tiara, on the anniversary of my natal day.
