Ran a slightly-uphill 5k in 29:30. I am getting fitter again, woo hoo!

I got a haircut. This time, the hairdresser listened, looked at my hair, and then actually took all of the excess off. Sooo much better than last time.

That's awesome! There are too many hairdressers who do not listen. Congrats on getting a good one!

I was so pleased. This is a walk in salon, so it is very hit and miss who you end up with, and they usually do a great job, I was just unhappy with the previous cut.

Hooray for a hairdresser who delivers what you actually want, rather than what they think you need!

Yes! I'm thinking that with the right hair dresser 'early 1990s KD Lang' might be the right instruction. Short, dammit!

I was much kinder to my vocal cords today, and they were happier with me in return.

Also, I still have the lung capacity to match small children and can sing loud enough that some of them startle.

Finished the quarterly inspection of the work site, and oversaw the replacement of two sets of lightbulbs.

It only takes one building engineer to change a lightbulb, change the second bulb in the fixture, replace the blown ballast, replace the defective replacement ballast, and change the two lightbulbs that the defective replacement ballast destroyed. Though it helps when there's someone on the floor to pick up dropped screws, hand components back and forth, and be present as a spotter in case the live wire work goes badly wrong.
