Did not yell "GO AWAY AND LEAVE ME ALONE" at the person who !SURPRISE! rang me about my National Disability Insurance Scheme application when I had no cope,

but instead pretended to be an adult,

answered their questions,

asked questions when I did not understand,

but was also assertive that NO they could not do a complex and exhausting in-person visit tomorrow when I was exhausted and in pain and had other commitments.

Got through a long day with a lot of meetings.

Did not shout things like "You are part of the problem!" at a coworker who was demonstrating their lack of clue, in my opinion, about how to handle one of our regular issues at the worksite.
