I have maintained my scrubbed email inbox at 4 messages. I haven't had the oomph to deal with those, but the idea of just getting the current ones dealt with has been working for me.

Also, advocated for myself with needing to leave work because migraine. Despite migraine mucking with my time perception and possibly my language. An hour and a half nap seems to have solved enough of the problem.

I went shopping. I'm in a pretty bad depressive downswing, so actually acquiring the wrapping paper I need + socks for kiddo + a tealight for positive mood was a Lot of Work.

Crammed quite a lot of work into half a day, then came back and took Eldest to a (routine) hospital appointment.

Picked up Youngest a bit early, as a treat, which was rewarded with many cuddles.

Handled my Tuesday morning at work.

Was Supportive Parent when my daughter had a low-speed collision with a stationary object. (Object was unharmed. Car's bumper did its job. Daughter was distraught.)
