Hosted a birthday party for Youngest.

I have written and posted over ten thousand words in the past seven days. I almost don't even have to count anything I wrote for rthstewart's Three Sentence Ficathon to pass that milestone.

Wrote out a bunch of holiday cards!

Took Youngest for a hair cut. They had ~35 cm taken off first (for donation) and then a bit more to turn it into a hairstyle. Really glad we managed to snag a quiet time at the hair dresser's, because it turned out to be rather more work than I had expected -- when I did approximately the same thing years ago, the hair dresser put a hair lacky round, and then just hacked the lot off at once.

Had a quiet day at home, a lot of it in bed resting. I very much needed that.

Asked for something I wanted.

Helped put up ornaments.

Set out my pills for the next few weeks.

Monitored the laundry and got composition done while I was at it. It was a very nice time.
