I called the state department to ask a necessary question about annual reports and what was required of me. (Fighting through that phone anxiety, yeah!)

Went to work & made it through the whole day without coffee

Got in 2 short walks today.

Ran errands before going home, including returning/renewing books and not looking around or getting any new ones!

Rang up and altered a restaurant booking to add a couple of people for Saturday. I'd been avoiding this for a few days.
