Made a difficult/stressful phone call
even though I was in bed with a cold/fever.

(It had to be done today.)

Went to the gym! (Second consecutive day, woo)

I was late for my psychiatrist appointment but I ended up going to the ER and seeing a psychiatrist there and it was probably the best psych appt I've had since I went to Tavistock in London in 2015. I have new meds and the doctor seemed genuinely understanding and didn't make me angry at all and it made me want to do better.

Mostly contained my anger when someone poked an old wound. (Anger at the original situation, not the poker.)

Fed myself.

Prepared strawberries and chocolate for use the next day.
