Ate a gigantic chocolate eclair at the bakery in Porth y Swnt.

It was! And very generously filled with cream. So much cream that my Youngest got cream in his eyelashes, haha.

Did some batch cooking for (most of*) the week with my partner. Stroganoff pasta for lunch, mashed potatoes and roasted veggies for dinner :D

* we ended up eating a bit of the dinner after we were done to reward ourselves, ahaha

Logistics things and helping speed things along when it was clear it was time to go. And only one bout of self-frustration that got out, although it got out big.
