I caught a pattern that's somewhere between "not useful" and "actually harmful" while it was happening.

If I can get more reliable on catching it, I can work on changing it.

I called and asked my salon to do something to fix the wrong colour my hair ended up after my appointment yesterday. My usual violet turned out very reddish (burgundy not purple) and it's just not me. Have an appointment tomorrow afternoon to get it sorted.
