Got myself up and ready for work, and children ready for babysitter. Am still suffering badly from jet lag despite getting back home last Saturday PM.

Despite being in A LOT of pain:

took recycling to outside recycling bin;

took rubbish to outside rubbish bin;

put rubbish in inside rubbish bin;

put stuff outside for buy nothing collection;

1x laundry

messaged someone to arrange Buy Nothing collection

Hung out with neighbor from across the hall, and did my weekly grocery run with one of my tutors. He's also covering for my other tutor this week, as she is out of state on business.





This evening had another cookout in my building. My next-door neighbor, his wife and their 3 kids all attended. New baby is doing great. A bit fussy but that's par for the course.

Went to therapy today, which was more productive than our last session.

Knit some more on my big shawl project.
