Junior Parkrun - Eldest ran on her own for the first time and got a PB!

Took the children swimming.

Attended the protest in the park with the family (against the prorogation of parliament).

Hung out w/neighbor from across the hall again. Yes, this has become more than a daily occurrence now; more than an hourly occurrence in most cases. I'm really beginning to think that I need to become a therapist. He has often told me that when we hang out it's therapeutic for him, moreso than just friends. To that end perhaps, I finished the book I was reading on mindfulness and started one on Satan and his psychotherapy sessions. Turning out to be quite good, and the narrator is excellent.
