As the only not-hungover occupant, did most of the cleaning up of a shared house as it became the site of a massive afterparty following a wedding reception. I do not want to wash another wine glass for quite some time!

I got up and did errands and the like. Stocked for another week and did useful things.

Caught up on sleep.

Spent some time talking with my daughter.

"Dressing rehearsal", in which we previewed a recipe intended for Thanksgiving. It was good.

Hung out w/my neighbor from across the hall almost all day again. But I did manage to squeeze in a few other things. Did the dishes and had another nice phone conversation with my mom. Part of what we talked about was this week's going-away party for my next-door neighbors.





Also registered on another mental-health website and completed their intro module for becoming a change champion. Also emailed one of the staff since I'm not in the UK but still want to be one of their champions for change.
