Had a lovely lazy birthday morning.

Cuddled up with Eldest, who also has a cold.

Ate an awesome roast dinner made by Partner.

I finished cleaning the bathroom. I also boraxed and vacuumed the carpet in the bed room. We moved the bed too.

Hung out w/neighbor across the hall again, and we went next door to check on the apartment progress over there. Talked with one of the construction workers, and it is coming along nicely. Should be all renovated by the time new neighbors move in.

Put in another work order for my toilet. Said neighbor and I think I need a new flushing apparatus, or a whole new toilet again. It's been worked on before and they've done a good job but we think something's just rusting in there a lot. In terms of landlords, we basically transferred from one LLC to another. Both have done a nice job, but there's just a ton of work that still needs to be done in our building and I think we could use more hands. I think virtually all the funds were spent on the major ground-floor renovation which took place back in 2014-2015 when the current landlords took over, and my sudden bathroom renovation which took place at the same time.
