I've been feeling brutally overwhelmed by my to-do list, to the extent that I've lost days this week already to paralyzed procrastination. I'm not feeling particularly better today, but I managed to get a little work done, which made me think that we should all have some positive reinforcement.

i rejected something disappointing without letting the disappointment overwhelm me.

(Also, though several days ago now, i made a leather case for my new camera. It came out rather well and i'm pleased with it.)

Got some non-photo blue lead and pencils for drawing. I guess this isn't really an accomplishment but I am happy nonetheless.

Got photo prints of images to inspire me to my money goals, and magnets to stick them where I'll see them lots. Did not buy anything else in Walmart.

I got some translating and evidence-gathering done, and I cooked supper and talked to a friend. I've also taken a first stab at getting help with the paperwork that's in a large part causing my problems as far as feeling miserable and overwhelmed.

My plan to do one thing around the house every day right after work is working! Today, I did some light weeding and tied up two of my clematis that were sprawling instead of climbing.
