Sent a long-overdue email (in French) to my sort-of mentor-professor-type in France. I've been agonizing over it and procrastinating on it for weeks now and it mostly feels good to have it done (despite the horrible wormy feeling of having to ask for things and also possibly having committed gruesome language errors).

Took public transport to somewhere i'd never been before to attend a focus group about people who have a musculoskeletal condition PLUS other stuff and take lots of medications. It was awesome but i am soooo tired.

Picked groceries up, changed my bed sheets, found a ceiling light I like.
