Feb. 15th, 2020 12:46 pmIt's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Date: 2020-02-16 01:21 pm (UTC)Was going to update a reading app on my phone to the next version, but phone needed juice so waited until I got back here to the apartment. I was able to plug in my phone and update said app without a hitch. Very nice update, and I was able to continue on in the Neil Young book last night. I figured out the issue I was having with the app, and now I'm good to go. It wasn't anything wrong with the app, I just hadn't yet figured out one of the settings.

Figured out a clever plan for letting kiddo take all her preferred snacks on the visit to the biological parents while being short on time. (Bring baggies from home, shop at Costco, divide the snacks into trip-sized baggies on the way to the airport.)
Made a nice curry with help from partner. (They had the idea, and we already had most of the ingredients pre-prepped so we just had to add them to the pot and then wash the celery and cut it with the kitchen scissors. In particular, the frozen turkey meat from Thanksgiving saved so much time.)
