Date: 2014-05-31 09:33 pm (UTC)Basically, my therapist is awesome and...let's just say I feel like I have magic powers every time I have a scary conversation that basically involves me acting as though I am talking to, say, someone on dreamwidth...and seeing what the other person does (and also not being overly invested in the results).
FEAR ME, I AM THE SUPERHERO OF I HAVE FEELS AND WILL SHARE THEM IN A BOUNDARY-RESPECTING MANNER AND EVEN (GASP) LISTEN TO YOURS BUT SET BOUNDARIES WHEN THEY CROSS INTO UNHEALTHY
ahem.
Also, my bathroom is a lot cleaner than it was this morning.
