Wished my nephew a happy birthday, and in the process had a nerdy!wonderful discussion of Harry Potter characters in which I dropped some birthday!present thoughts, such as I have compassion for He Who Must Not Be Named because once you read through all the books you can see *why* he did what he did...even though they were terrible things. And so forth. It was amazing and wonderful and yes.
