Paid my internet bill online

Life admin phone call and email

Made three phone calls about getting flu vaccine tomorrow

Did a physical self-care medical task that was
physically painful
physically exhausting
time consuming
but very necessary

Put a face mask and gloves on and packed away my home-delivered groceries

Did two online grocery orders for home delivery on 5 April and 6 April.

Bought 12 months of paid Dreamwidth because Dreamwidth is such a vital source of information, emotional support, and sanity for so many of us right now, and I want Dreamwidth to be able to afford to stick around.

Wow. Well done.

First I put the trash and recycle bins out and then--

I spent the morning searching online for disinfectant, though I did find some glass spray bottles that can be delivered on Sunday. Either it wasn't available to regular people, or out online. I did not want to take the risk of walking into a building and not be able to get anything. I finally started calling local independent pharmacies and was able to get a little bottle of hydrogen peroxide, generic Tylenol, and some lotion that the employee suggested for my dry hands. And I feel very fortunate that the pharmacy is only using their drive-thru. I'm also pleased that the lotion is both non-greasy and fragrance free. The lotion that I ended up with the store the other day was driving me crazy with the smell and only doing a mediocre job.

I brought home lunch and dinner, for later, from a local place that I don't want to lose. It was wonderful to have lunch that was healthy and tasty. Thank you, curbside pick-up

I put the dog's towel in the wash.

I went into the office for dome technical help that didnt work. Once i got back home to my 'home office' i called it and they were able to fix it after like 45 mins. But its finally fixed!

Also made and had lunch and did a load of laundry.

Rather than put off responding to a text that got me very stressed, I responded to it, set up the requested call, and took the call. It turned out to be better news than I had expected.

Went to bed within about an hour of my partner.

Three good things, assuming that sleeping is a good thing! I'm not sure whether demonstrating ADHD would count as good or not.
