Work. And chatted with Comcast because our internet is out. That is the most annoying thing ever.

Unpleasant. Be sure to ask for credit on your bill for the outage. (In my experience they don't offer it but if you ask they credit fairly to generously.)

Yeah, I did, and they gave it to me, and then the guy that came to fix our stuff (the SECOND guy) was so appalled at the first guy's shoddy work, he gave us a $20 credit without us even asking. Comcast really has been getting better about the customer service, I'm surprised.
