Made yummy sheppards pie last night. Even though i had to make more mashed potatoes since i didn't make enough the first time.

Slurp. Sheppard's Pie sounds really yummy about now. I've been wanting mashed potatoes.

I feel overwhelmed. I picked-up yesterday's mail, got the most touched surfaces wiped again, did the dog's laundry done and have my mom's laundry in and still have at least two more loads left and need to clean my bathroom and bedroom and deal with the food I ordered yesterday or the day before--I forget which, since I have it in quarantine since no one seems to know if packaging is dangerous. That doesn't even include wiping down the car surfaces that I know I'm not going to get to. Sorry--I'm just swamped as I'm sure everyone else is as well.

It did turn out really good. Leftovers are already gone. We ate them for lunch today.

I haven't been getting much laundry done and i have a pile or two of dishes in the sink.

I think I'm going to get a potato ricer. I want potatoes. :-)

I have a pile of everything. Mom just dropped another load on me. I don't know why she didn't give me the load when I did the tiny load she had yesterday. It could have been done together. Sometimes I think she thinks I just love to do laundry. What a waste of electricity.

Talked with both tutors on the phone, and they're doing well.





Listened to the first episode of an audio book about the life of a New Zealand-based online radio station manager. The book is more a 9-part series of conversations between him and another guy. The first part was quite interesting, and I'm excited to listen to the rest.





Ordered one more book about the iPhone and got my e-receipt.

Yanked the overgrowth of probably-arugula out of the raised bed, leaving one in place for actual identification.

Took the hedge clippers to a hedge.

Made decisions about dinner.

Took a nice, if short, bath.

Looked up the plant.

Optimised my desk/office setup. It's sped me up considerably and I feel better about it.
