I did 3 loads of laundry - bedding, towels, clothes - at the laundrette and got everything back ok

I went down and got the mail from yesterday and am now looking at the surfaces I need to wipe after breakfast. Then we're continuing the Downton Abbey marathon and probably a carry-out or some other distancing pick-up for lunch or early dinner.

I have two words for you:

Rhubarb tiramisu.

It shouldn't be necessary to elaborate further.

I am not a huge fan of tiramisu but the idea of rhubarb tiramisu makes me very curious!

It has a rhubarb compot on top of the biscuits instead of dipping them in coffee and the mascarpone creme has vanilla in it instead of the cocoa on top. Mine was also without booze, because I didn't have any of the recommended ones and I didn't feel comfortable just using cooking sherry without at least having tried the recipe first. I found I didn't actually miss the alcohol at all.

I started today by writing out a hugely ambitious to-do list of 24 items; I've completed 19!
