Just One Thing (18 June 2020)
Jun. 18th, 2020 08:41 amIt's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Date: 2020-06-18 07:48 pm (UTC)called partner and asked what groceries he wanted;
did TWO online grocery orders for home delivery from different stores;
called [political party I support] to say, hey, you have the wrong credit card number for auto renewal, the credit card number you emailed me that you were about to autodeduct does not exist and never has, here is the correct credit card number;
put 60 litres of cardboard into the outside recycling bin;
picked up the outside rubbish bin that the wind had blown over on its side - quite tricky to do without severely aggravating my lower back pain, I had to take it slowly, think carefully about what I was doing. Step 1 - close lid that was wedged open against the brick paving. Step 2 - roll it on its side without lifting it, to get it into a better position to lift. Step 3 - lift it carefully;
bagged up rubbish on bedroom floor into plastic garbage bags. It will need to be sorted later, but at least it's no longer a trip hazard;
put two 30 Litre plastic boxes where the rubbish pile on the bedroom floor had been, filled the boxes with plastic bottles that had been on the floor, ready to go into the outside recycling bin when the weather clears up

Date: 2020-06-19 02:52 pm (UTC)Usually what I post is absolutely everything that I accomplished that day - or at least absolutely everything that I can remember.
I'm Disabled - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, part-time wheelchair user - so what I can do in a day is a lot less than what most people can do in a day.
