I rested after working myself up & getting upset. I have also now eaten dinner & took my meds.

Kept calm when sworn at by an angry person after telling said person that I didn't give my consent for something. (Person is not my partner and doesn't pose an immediate physical threat so please no one worry for my safety.)

I helped get someone on the path toward getting a new phone, and waited to swear at a broken system until after the call was done, because it is not the fault of the person in the other end that their system is not good.

Woke up in plenty of time for scheduled games.

Took my phone in for battery replacement.

Refueled the car.

Got some food.

Sent the first ping for games.

Called back the repair shop because I had not heard back in the expected timeframe. Got the updated estimate time for screen replacement (overnight of replacement screen must be approved by manager who comes in on Monday).

Started the process of porting my number over to join my partner's account on a slightly different provider (the one company has just eaten the other one, so the money will be going the same vague place).

Figured out how I will be able to deal with the logistics of my first mammogram without a phone in hand. (I will accept my housemate's kind offer of a loan of their phone, so my partner will have their phone on hand in case I have to call for some kind of rescue.)

Made a decision about the new phone that is to be on order.

Voted for a thing for dinner.
