Got my laundry in sharpish and then ran round the house closing windows when Mr Next Door decided to have an impromptu bonfire in his back garden.

Two former instructors came to visit, and we hung out on my parents' patio. It was a lot of fun seeing them again and catching up. One of them semi-retired a couple months ago.

This was over the point where I can't brain good, so I mostly read.

I had a deadline, so had to work. But at least this year I remembered I have a ceiling fan wayyyy earlier in the hot weather than I usually do.
