Had my haircut.

I wish I was so brave. I've been wanting to go, but I can't talk myself into it yet. I thought I had done so earlier in the week and then I chickened out.

I had a very busy first half of the day. I had a nice long soak in the bathtub, wrote a thank you note, finished a chapter of a new fic and posted it, loaded the car, stopped and got yesterday's mail, stopped and made a copy, dropped the out going mail in the blue box, went to three furniture stores looking for a sofa, drove by the jewelry store to sell some unworn stuff for scrap--but it was closed, dropped off a car full of donations at the Goodwill and picked-up curbside for a late lunch.

Talked again with a neighbor across the hall, and we went on a nice walk.





He and I joined a next-door neighbor on the balcony for a bit. I took my dinner out there, and we chatted and listened to music while they planted some things.
