Got up mostly on time, ate breakfast. Checked the pork belly sous videing. We are cooking it for 12 hours overnight so it will be nice & tender.

Planning on doing chores today & prepping for my partner's b day tomorrow.

It turned out well. The marinade made a good sauce too.

Hung out again w/neighbor across the hall.





Met with my tutor. He took both AC units out for the fall and winter months. We also made breakfast, and had a healthy discussion about some things. One of those things was the wi-fi up here. We came to the conclusion--with the help of said neighbor--that it might have to do with our provider although nobody's quite sure on that.
