Made Jack Monroe’s sardine pate to go on my toast for breakfast instead of deciding I couldn’t be bothered and just using the cream cheese straight. I was well-rewarded, since it was absolutely delicious. (Recipe is on the Guardian website (scroll to the bottom of the article).

Hung out again a bit w/neighbor across the hall.





Dentist appointment, which was combined w/my mother and a sister. This was just a routine teeth cleaning. Our dentist is set to retire in May, and we met his replacement plus a couple of his office staff. All went well.





Then saw some other neighbors briefly.

Yay for self-care and sociability!

Ate an oatmeal raisin cookie and appreciated it for what it was.

I went to a new primary care appointment and talked about pretty much everything and I think managed to get my main points across.

Called to get my primary care provider changed, which apparently hadn't taken the previous time. Had a delightful conversation while we were waiting for technology to do the thing.

Picked up prescription; did not cross paths with the anti-masker.

Didn't stay up until all hours even with everything.
