I had a bath and got dressed. Which considering how unwell I’ve been for the past three days is something of a miracle.

I didn't do much today either. I had a headache almost all day, so I get it. I took the trash and recyclables out to the street to be picked-up, took a nap, made a couple of necessary calls, ordered some groceries to tide me over and brought the bins in from the street. Ugh.

I put in a grocery order, which has ice cream & sweets! Along with usual groceries. I'm going to try to be restrained & not eat them all at once.

I also walked the dog outside. They just mowed the grass so it irritated my allergies.

I slept for quite a while without being disturbed. Then I (finally) gathered the metaphorical silverware to contact customer service about why I couldn't see my prescriptions online.

Hung out again most of the day w/neighbor across the hall.





Managed to successfully scan something w/my smartphone. I recently enrolled in a medication awareness program. There is a free app that identifies meds and reads the bottle instructions, and the company sent me a sample packet. The packet includes an empty bottle with instructions on it. We are going to follow up w/each other to get me set up in their program for good. My aim is not yet that great, but with more practice I know I'll get there. Their app works great though, and I want to keep using it when possible.
