Made a start on the neck ribbing for a jumper I’m making for bob.

Received tasty cheese as a gift. Ate tasty cheese.

It is! Three very different types of cheese (hard Cheshire, squishy camembert-type thing, goat's cheese log), but all equally nice.

Hung out most of the day again w/neighbor across the hall, and got to watch him cook roasted veggies. It smelled really good. I haven't had his roasted veggies before, but he has made me other stuff. He's an excellent chef, though he would never tell you so himself. But based on what he's told me and others, I think he should get into the business officially. He sent me back with 2 pounds of flour and a nice helping of cheese.





My tutor and I made meatloaf and he had me test it out. It turned out quite tasty if I do say so myself.

Mmm, roasted veg. I'm glad you got to sample - and compliment - the chef, it sounds like he needs it.

Made scones! Possibly also engaged in gender nonconforming presentation. Also helped shop and contribute to food making.

Started work on an intimidatingly large bucket of curry. Made the mistake of using a too-large can of tomato paste.

Clearly I need an upgrade in cooking tools, if this is what happens...
