Went to pick-up mail from yesterday, picked-up carry-out for breakfast, made a couple of business calls, packed-up my return to ship, packed-up the first birthday box to ship, ordered a few groceries to tide me over and finished reading my second book of the year.

Took out all the trash, & set alarm to remind me about going to dr for my partner.

I had a video call with some students about being a practitioner, and there was a lot of laughing from the students and my panel moderator about it, so I'd call that a success.
