Today I asked a friend for a favour. (I always find this difficult.)

Thank you! She said yes, too, which is also nice. I tried very hard to keep my expectations in the refusal zone although it's tough not to hope.

PACKED. I'm moving house, so today I moved a few boxes of books, and my harp, and hauled two giant bags of things to the charity shop. And took a library book back.

I am glad you posted this, because I still feel like there is SO MUCH left to do, and this helps me see how much I've actually done!

He's a 25-string lever harp. His name is Aethelred, because he goes out of tune so quickly. ;)

I like these too! I wonder if we could get together a group of us to post one of these every few days. I'm really good at regular posting - I set reminders on my calendar - so I'd be happy to take a couple days a week. Wonder if we could get ninetydegrees to take one or two... maybe I'll put a post up in the main comm when I get home, see if we can get volunteers to take one day a week.

I'd be happy to take a fixed set of days to do it. Thurs/Fri or Fri/Sat would be OK for me.

I'll cover this bank holiday weekend, since I'm home and housebound (ill) and we can see where we go from there?
