I did a thing that I'd been procrastinating on for a week. It only took half an hour and it was a tremendous relief.

Discovered that my angry body part was much likelier to be a hip than a kidney.

Took the appropriate medications for Angry Hip.

Lost most of the day to the combination of pain, underslept-nap, and meds fog.

Wrangled a food by recipe that let with approval, despite a full bout of nervous about whether I was doing it correctly or not.
