I walked to get kolaches for breakfast. I treated myself to a cup of coffee too. 💖☕

Had a really nice one-to-one conversation with a senior prof who teaches part-time on our course. We have plans for next year for co-teaching a module, and I think they will pan out well.

I finally found the right add-on to do what I should have been able to do from the start. For serious.

And then I had a good day at work.

Hung out again w/neighbor across the hall and another neighbor. Laundry. Talked w/my parents and youngest sister on the phone.





Started the mindfulness course. I think I have more questions even than before, particularly about the formal practice of meditation. But I'm currently on the FAQ portion and am impressed thus far. Thinking things over a bit makes me wonder if I should learn more about the practice of shunning, particularly certain members of one's own family.
