I'm baking a loaf of bread. Its in its first proof atm. I'm trying a new recipe for honey wheat oat bread. Fingers crossed it turns out well.

Thanks! It is a bit dense but the flavor is nice.

I think I kneeded the bread for too long & my partner thinks I added to much flour while kneeding. Either way I'm looking at different techniques.

Did a load of laundry and ordered groceries so far. When the groceries get here I'm going to make a pasta salad.

Chased down student RAPs (reasonable adjustment plans) so I could work out what accommodations were needed for my exam.

I think I kept my levels of enthusiasm and planning appropriate to the scope of the possible thing, rather than being unduly cynical or enthused about an idea.
