I cleaned my kitchen sink and did some handwash laundry.

Rather busy day. My mom and I filled out some information in order for a sister and I to get the booster shot this coming week.





Then we waited for my father to return from the airport, and we drove up to another sister and my brother-in-law's house for her birthday celebration. They ordered carry-out from a place that makes empanadas. They were very good. I'd only had empanadas one other time, and it was several years ago at a local street fair. Those were very tasty as well.





We just got back, and I'm going to start packing up to move back into my apartment. Just found out via email that it's ready for me.

Shopping, at two places.

Did a little troubleshooting of a motorized shopping cart that had become unreliable: I would start looking for the problem to repair it at the weight sensor that makes sure it is operating with a person in the driver's seat. It has been braking randomly for at least a week, and the braking is mostly associated with bumps and tight turns. Turning it off and on again doesn't necessarily help. Getting off and on again helps more. Reported this information to people at the store, who reacted by saying, "Oh, it's THAT one that's having that problem; I'll take it out of service and report it to corporate and hey maybe they will give us more than just four for this entire large store."

Had a strong anxiety attack about not being in the right place to help my mom with a potential crisis involving my dad. Dealt with it by packing my pill cases so if my aunt calls me and tells me to get to the airport, I'll have that aspect of packing already done. Plus adding to the document I've been compiling for emergency packing and what things would help.

Went to Fleet Air Museum in the morning, and indoor climbing in the afternoon.
