I'm busy prepping for the work week coming up. I'm on a schedule that makes it hard to cook the way I like, so I'm prepping meals. I'm waiting for my oven to preheat to bake my chocolate babka. It'll be a good treat to help get me through the day. It's only the 2nd time I'm making it so I'm a bit nervous. But It's chocolate bread, so it'll probably be good. 😁

I'm planning on doing some more cooking but I have to wait for the groceries to be delivered this afternoon.

Finished packing for the move back to my apartment, which included texting/calling a neighbor and my tutor to schedule things. Then had breakfast which my dad made again. Scrambled eggs w/cheese, a glass of apple juice, and part of a scone on the side.





After some odds and ends my mom drove me back here. The place doesn't look bad. There are vents in the ceiling, presumably for the heat and/or AC. In addition, the ceiling fan in my bedroom was replaced with a new one which I didn't know about beforehand but was necessary. This fan is a bit bigger and has a remote. I doubt I'll be using the remote though, as it's a bit visual and I'm not a visual person. But that's okay. There's currently no ceiling in my bathroom, but that'll change rather quickly.
