One more place arranged for when the installers arrive to change the heating system. Only one more substantial haul to go.

Was able to work through a nebulous thought in my head sufficiently with someone else to recognize that most of what I was thinking about was already offered, assuming entities on both sides of the transaction spoke a properly venerable and solid protocol.
