I returned someone's lost backpack to the lost and found when I spotted it in a panel room. I hope the owner claimed it before the con was done.

Hung out w/neighbor across the hall, and another one came up and brought me some leftover chocolate cake which I'm planning to devour today or tomorrow.





My new heating system was activated. I barely notice it, but according to the 2 afore-mentioned neighbors it is working. The landlord came by later when I went out, to check on things. But I still turned on my space heater and had it going all night. My thermostat is digital and will no doubt take some working eyeballs, but overtime I'm sure it'll be well worth everything. One of the vents is located in my shower, so that should be especially nice on these colder days. The brand of heating system that I got is new to me, but I searched and found the company website and bookmarked it. The radiators are still active, but I'm told they'll be permanently shut off and removed soon.





Helped celebrate my mother's birthday, with a Baroque concert and Thai carry-out for dinner. Cake from a local bakery.
