I have enough things going on that I currently re-order whatever shows up in the pharmacy portal, and eventually they arrive (governed by doctor availability for renewing prescriptions, insurance willingness to authorize the cost in a timely manner, and physical availability of the pills). Ideally the arrival date is before I next have to fill my pill boxes for the month.

I try to re-order early, as the insurance covers refills every 25 days or so, and eventually that adds up to a few weeks of wiggle room. Given the US handling of emergencies, I appreciate that room.
