I reread my dissertation chapter so far and determined that it's not awful, and then I edited a difficult chunk of it to be even less awful.

I managed to mostly get out of bad headspace over confusing some things and thus planning date night at a non-existent event, enough to enjoy the date Spouse and I did manage to pull together (finding the Best Diner Chocolate Pie In The Whole World helped).

Walked a 5K, wasn't last or even last ten.

Bought a cheap refurbished laptop which I actually think I like better than the one that was stolen. :)

I got a same-day physio appt at the last minute and made it there in time.

I went to the counsellor, even though I REALLY didn't want to.

I enjoyed another birthday meal followed by some delicious chocolate cake baked by a friend.
