I completed the first run of the Zombies, Run! 5K app, my first run in a few months!

I managed to make a fairly comprehensive to do list for the day. Everything I get crossed off will be gravy!

Difficult conversations were had. Including a meeting which featured the surprise presence of a very senior colleague whom I find quite taxing to deal with on a number of levels.

Hung out with my neighbor across the hall for most of the day. While my laundry was going, we had a brief but productive talk with one of the staff members here regarding another situation that upset said neighbor. De-escalated the situation pretty well I think, and my tutor and I talked about it when he came over this afternoon.

Pried myself out of bed to be the Adult At Home again.

Tidied some.

Helped set up the large garbage for hauling.

Helped turn the big broken mats for desk chairs into much smaller pieces. Including whacking one of them with an axe when it didn't want to cooperate.

Dipped some strawberries in chocolate, in honor of the day.
