I may have to accept that too. Busy has just tipped over into stressful, and now things are less fun than the last few days. Good on you for mitigating your work circumstances!

Got my hair cut! I've been avoiding this for a while because I was anxious about going into a barber shop as I'm a cis woman who just likes my hair really short. I've been cutting it myself mostly, but that causes me other anxieties and I'd determined the last week or two that the balance had shifted and I should get someone else to cut my hair again. And since the barbers are way cheaper and I never get it cut short enough by well-meaning stylists who give me something "more feminine" no matter what I say, I risked the anxiety of challenging gender norms, and it went fine. Phew!
