I slept for about nine hours last night and this is the best I've felt in a long time.

Made dinner for a friend who'd had a busy day, because I had to go to his house this evening and I'd be cooking for myself anyway so figured I might as well cook for us both. He's always very appreciative of me cooking for him, and I learned a new tasty recipe tonight.
